What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We require a credit card on file for all services booked for over 1 hour. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting in the full cost of the services booked.
Which Type of Payments Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash and check. We also accept spa finder, spa wish and Jean Paul Gift Cards!
How Much Are Your Massages?
Massages start at $85 and vary depending on type and length of the service.
Can You Accommodate Walk Ins?
We will always do our best to accommodate all appointments however we do strongly suggest booking an appointment in advance.
Will a Keratin Treatment Make My Hair Pin Straight?
No. It is not a straightening treatment. It is a smoothing treatment to help control frizz. If you are looking for a permanent straightening treatment, please consult your stylist.
How Do I Know Which Facial to Book?
Each of our facials are customized to your skin type and needs after an in depth skin analysis performed on the day of your service. All you need to worry about is booking the length of the facial! We’ll take care of the rest.
Can you get a Color Service and a Keratin Service Done in the Same Day?
A consultation prior to having either service performed is highly recommended. Color can be done the same day as a Keratin treatment and we suggest having the color service performed first. If you decide to have the services performed on separate days, we suggest waiting at least 2 weeks in between.
How long does a Keratin treatment last?
Generally Keratin Treatments last 2-3 months depending on your home hair care routine and the products that you use.
What brand of color do you use?
We are proud to offer a variety of options to our clientele including, Goldwell, Wella, Aveda and Davines. If you have a specific color or formula that you have used in the past, just ask!
Do you accept tips on a credit card?
Unfortunately, we do not accept tips on credit cards. We accept cash or check and we do have an ATM at both locations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays may occur, resulting in the need to make schedule adjustments. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the reserved services if cancelled past the 24 hour period. If you fail to contact Jean Paul Spa and Salons, 50% of the reserved services will be charged to your credit card on file.
Can I get a service the same day that I come into the salon for a consultation?
We always prefer to book color consultations on a different day than your service because we never know how long the service is going to take prior to the consultation. It is important that both your stylist, the assistant helping your stylist and you all plan accordingly to make sure that enough time is booked. However, if the stylist consults with you and has enough time open after, we will always do our best to accommodate the appointment.

To cut down on consultation time and to help maximize both your time and your stylists’, we ask that you submit a before photo along with the color or cut you are hoping to achieve. Someone will then be in touch with you to discuss your expectations and what to expect from us during the process.
