Cancellation policy: Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the reserved services. If you fail to contact Jean Paul Spa and Salons, 50% of the reserved services will be charged to your credit card on file.
