- To Book Appointments: Please call 518.482.2121
- We realize there will be times when a patron will be late for an appointment. In such instances, the allotted time for service will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment. Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment so you will have time to prepare for the treatment and enjoy it to the fullest extent.
- Appointments for spa services and chemical services will have to be guaranteed by a credit card or gift card. All no-show appointments will be charged the full value of your appointment. All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge.

- For your convenience all major credit cards are accepted.
- No cash refunds; house credit only. Wigs, brushes, hair ornaments and makeup are not returnable.
All sales are final.
- Gift
cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost
or stolen. Gift cards do not expire.

that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.
- We love our little ones, however for safety reasons and out of respect for the relaxation of others, babies and children will not be allowed in the spa. We do not provide childcare.
- Kindly leave all cell phones and pagers in lockers.
- Consultations are recommended, please call.
- Packages must be redeemed and booked in one single session; if broken up an "a la carte" price will apply
